This private test version of SponsorReady is for reviewing the checker. Use fictional contact and sensitive personal details when testing.

What the checker saves

Your name, email, telephone number, business answers, Companies House information, readiness result and contact choices are saved on the server. A necessary session cookie lets you resume in the same browser. The checker does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why it is collected

The information is used to provide the assessment and record a next-step request. Entering your contact details does not opt you into marketing or abandoned-form reminders. Test records are labelled and do not trigger referrals or review emails.

Contact choices

Quote follow-up and direct contact are optional, separate choices. Both start unticked. Choosing a review requests contact to arrange that review; it does not confirm a booking. Before any details are shared with a firm, SponsorReady must identify the recipient and confirm your permission.

Storage and deletion

Sessions and results expire after 30 days. Expired records are removed when the next check starts. A “Delete this check” option is available after choosing a next step. Hosting and database storage are provided through Vercel and Postgres; Companies House handles company search queries. An email provider will handle verification and request emails when connected.

Before public launch

This notice must be completed with the operating legal entity, privacy contact, lawful bases, international transfer safeguards, retention process and rights-request process. Handling suitability answers concerning convictions requires a documented lawful condition. Do not use this private test version to collect real leads.
